摘  要:本文以18Cr2Ni4WA为试验材料,经渗碳、淬火、回火处理,采取剥层跟踪分析的办法,对奥氏体在摩擦磨损过程中的相变行为、相变产物的晶体结构及形态进行了试验研究;同时在相变对磨损特性影响方面也进行了详细的分析研究,结果表明奥氏体在摩擦过程中会发生相变。A carburized and heat treated 18Cr2Ni4WA steel was used as the experimental material.The phase transformation behaviour of austenite during wear as well as the crystallographic structure and morphology of the transformation product obtained were studied experimentally after every successive layer was worn off.Influence of phase transformation on the wear characteristics of the material were also studied in detail.The results show that austenite can transform into martensite during wear and contributes to increase the wear resistance of the steel.
