摘　　要：采用mRNA差异显示技术对黄伞菌丝体、原基、菇蕾、子实体菌柄和子实体菌盖进行研究,获得了在生殖生长阶段差异表达的4条cDNA片段T_(11)G B0304、T_(11)G B0304-2、T_(11)G B0322与T_(11)C B0310,经过回收、重扩增、克隆与鉴定后进行测序分析,结果发现T_(11)G B0322的序列在GenBank中与氧类固醇结合蛋白(oxysterol-binding protein)基因序列的同源性达到41％。再经过半定量PCR方法验证,表明T_(11)G B0322基因片段是在生殖生长阶段差异表达的基因片段。RNA of different development periods of pholiota adiposa including mycelium, anlage, bud and fruit body（stem and pileus of mushroom） was extracted and treated by RT-PCR. Four fragments （T11G B0304, T11G B0304-2, T11G B0322 and T11C B0310） were isolated, reamplified, purified, cloned and sequenced. After blasting in GenBank, T11G B0322 cDNA fragment was identified to be similar to oxysterol-binding protein. The result of semiquantitive PCR showed that the expression of the T11G B0322 cDNA fragment was different in different periods. This showed that gene fragment might be associated with differentiation of Ph. adiposa.
