摘 要:为细丝埋弧焊过程的自动跟踪及调节过程奠定基础,本文对细丝埋弧焊电弧传感器动态模型进行了实验研究。在建立电源及电弧传感器幅频特性曲线的基础上,获得了电弧传感器的二阶模型及实际应用的频带范围。通过分析比较,认为电源外特性下降斜率及电源品质、不同的焊接方法都对电弧传感器系统增益和转折频率有一定的影响。In order to set the base of automatic control and tracking in the process of submerged arc welding with finewire. the experimental investigation has been carried out on dynamic model of the arc sensor in submerged arc welding withfine wire. After establishing the frequency characteristic curve of the arc sensor and power source, it was grined that are twodegree mathomtical model of the arc sensor and frequency bandwidth in actual use. Through analysis and comparison, it wasrealized that the ratio of degradation of power source static characteristic and the quality of power source as well as weldingmothod all are of certain influence on the system gain and break frequency of arc sensor.
