摘　　要：结合全生命周期造价管理、节能建筑、绿色建筑等理论,提出了对可持续发展人居工程进行技术经济分析的四个层面,即经济层面、生态层面、社会层面和科技层面,以促进人居工程的可持续发展。It is pointed out that the economic analysis of sustainable development residential buildings consists of four aspects-economics, ecology, society, and science, according to the theories of total lifecycle cost management, energy-saving buildings, and green buildings. So as to promote the continuous development of residential projed.
