摘　　要：通过对目前建设工程相关的安全监理现状、难点及工程监理人员的安全责任、落实监理安全责任制度的分析及论述,提出强调监理安全责任的同时,也应该明确监理安全的责任和加强对施工单位及政府监督部门的安全监督等制度,防止和减少安全事故的发生。By analyzing and elaborating the safety supervision actualities, the difficulties and the project supervisors＇ safety responsibilities that are related to the current construction projects and the realizations of supervising the safety responsibility systems, it is proposed that while the safety responsibilities of supervision are emphasized, the responsibilities of safety supervision should also be clear and the systems on safety surveillances to the constructions and the governmental supervising departments and so on should also be strengthened, to prevent and reduce the accidents.
