摘　　要：解决城市非点源污染的问题,应将削减污染与资源化结合考虑。利用南方地区降雨丰沛、地下水位较浅的特点,将雨水收集、处理与利用,实现城市非点源污染治理与资源利用协调发展。To solve the problem of undrop fountainhead in city, should consider tbe connect of reducing pollution and using resourced. Rainwater will be collected, handled and used in this text utilizing the large of rainwater and being shallow of underground water. And realize the concert development of administering of pollution in city and using resourced of rainwater.
