摘　　要：对第八届CUBA女子八强队攻防技术指标进行统计分析,结果发现,八强队伍在攻防能力上都有不同程度的提高;八强队伍之间进攻能力上的差距比较明显,防守能力上虽有差距,但差异并不显著。建议在战术训练中要注意将技术训练与战术打法紧密结合,在战术配合的具体环节中队员的技术运用要明确、具体,加强对抗性训练,提高战术素养。根据个人的攻防能力,制定灵活多变的攻防战术体系,提升全队的攻防效能。The author carried out a statistical analysis on the technical indexes of offense and defense of the top eight women＇s basketball teams in the 8^th CUBA, and revealed the following findings： The offense and defense capability of the top eight teams were enhanced to a different extent; there was a fairly significant difference in offense capability between the top eight teams, while there was a not so significant difference in defense capability between these teams, although such a difference did exist.
