摘  要:目的:观察新兽药喹胺醇对小鼠血清中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-2和IL-6水平的影响。方法:采用放射免疫法检测血清中TNF-α、IL-2和IL-6的含量。结果:中剂量组雄鼠血清中TNF-α含量显著高于对照组和其它药物剂量组(P<0.05),药后7 d雌鼠低剂量组TNF-α含量显著高于对照组和其它药物组(P<0.05);药后7 d雄鼠中剂量组血清中IL-6含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),14 d雄鼠中、高剂量组IL-6含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),药后7 d雌鼠中、高、最高剂量组IL-6含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),14 d低剂量组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);雄鼠血清中IL-2含量在7 d和14 d各组间均无显著差异。结论:喹胺醇对小鼠血清中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-2和IL-6水平的影响可能存在性别差异和剂量差异。Objective: To explore the effects of Kuianchun on the level of TNF-α,IL-2 and IL-6 in sera of mice.Methods: Radioimmunologic techniques were used to detect the levels of TNF-α,IL-2 and IL-6.Results: The content of TNF-α in sera of middle dose group male mice was significantly higher than control group and others(P〈0.05),low dose group female mice on 7 d higher than control group and others(P〈0.05);The content of IL-6 in sera of middle dose group male mice was significantly higher than control group on 7 d(P〈0.01),middle and high dose group higher than control group on 14d (P〈0.01),middle,high and the highest dose group female mice lower than control group on 7 d(P〈0.05),low dose group significantly higher than control group on 14 d (P〈0.01);the sera level of IL-2 was no significant difference between each group male mice on 7d and 14d .Conclusion:The effect of Kuianchun on the levels of TNF-α ,IL-2 and IL-6 in sera of mice may vary with sex and dose.
