摘　　要：本文介绍了短链过程及其短链控制图方法,其中包括对子群和个体情形下的画点统计量及控制限,同时也给出了有关它们之间的比较．In this paper, a short production run process and some kinds of existed control charts for short run process are introduced which includes plotted statistics and control limits for subgroup and individual cases respectively. Some comparisons are also addressed.
