天香丹治疗胸痹之通补开泄法理论探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨通补开泄法治疗胸痹的理论依据。方法:通过研究古代文献及当代治疗胸痹的相关文章,结合通补开泄法之代表方天香丹的组方分析及临床实践研究结果,综合探讨通补开泄法的历史渊源、理论依据及其内涵。结果:通补开泄法源《灵》《素》,远绍仲景,形雏叶桂,创于先师张绚邦教授;其理据五脏,渊于《内》《难》,宗之诸家,论成当代。天香丹验之有效,组方精密,彰显通补开泄之内涵。结论:通补开泄法治疗胸痹,有充分的理论及实践依据,为中医治疗胸痹的有效法则之一。To investigate the theoretic foundation of Tongbukaixie law on treating the obstruc in the chest. Methods： The historical origin, theoretic foundation and connotation of Tongbukaixie law were investigated synthetically by researching the ancient literatures, relevant articles of contemporary therapeutic methods of obstruction of qi in the chest and combining the analysis of Tianxiangdan which was the representative herbal formulas of Tongbukaixie law with the study results of clinical pratice. Results： The Tongbukaixie law from the ＂Spiritual Axis＂ and ＂Plain Questions＂ and had connections among Zhangzhongjing, Yetianshi, Zhangxuanbang; the theoretic foundation of Tongbukaixie law from ＂the internal canon of yellow emperor＂ and ＂Nanjing＂ was the five zang organs, the theoretic foundation of Tongbukaixie law was combined some theories of famous doctors and perfected in contemporary. The con notation of tongbukaixie law was embodyed by the Tianxiangdan which was more effective and accurate. Conclusion： Tongbukaixie law was one of effective law on treating obstruction of qi in the chest which had sufficient theory and practice foundation.
