胰尾的解剖学观察与临床意义

摘　　要：目的为胰腺疾病的诊治提供解剖学资料。方法解剖观测22具尸体。结果胰尾垂直径为（35．36±11．75）mm，前后径（17．48±5．64）ram；54．5％（12／22）的胰尾与脾门有距离，距离平均为13.86mm；胰尾的毗邻比较复杂。Objective To provide anatomic basis for diagnosis and treatment of pancreaticdiseases. Methods 22 samples of dead bodies were observed anatomically. Results Differences extist in the sizes of the cauda pancreatic. The particular data were shown in the text.
