不同剂量罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产手术比较

摘　　要：目的通过比较csEs下剖宫产手术中不同剂量罗哌卡因的麻醉效果，以探讨出最佳剂量。方法将90例在腰硬联合麻醉下行择期剖宫产手术的患者随机分成3组，每组30人。A组蛛网膜下腔注入1％罗哌卡因1ml＋0．9％氯化钠1．7ml＋50％GS0．3ml，B组蛛网膜下腔注入1％罗哌卡因1．5ml＋0．9％氯化钠1．2ml＋50％GS0．3ml，C组蛛网膜下腔注入1％罗哌卡因2ml＋0．9％氯化钠0．7ml＋50％GS0．3ml，对3组在阻滞时间、阻滞平面、阻滞程度、阻滞效果、呼吸循环影响、副作用等方面进行观察。结果A、B、C3组都提供良好的麻醉，A组副作用最少（P〈0．01）。结论罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产手术蛛网膜下腔应用的最佳剂量为10mg。Objective To discuss the best dose of Ropavocaine used in combined spinal and epidual anesthesia （CSEA） in caesavean section. Methods Ninty schedned ceasarean section patients were divided into three groups radomly, 30 cases each group. The drup solation with 1% Ropavocaine lml, 0.9% Sodicem chloride 1.7ml and 50% Glucoe 0.3ml was given in subarachnoid space in group A, The drug solution with 1% ropavocaine 1.5ml, 0.9% Sodium chloride 1. 2ml and 50%glucose 0.3ml was given in subarachnoid space in group B. And the drug solution with 1% repavocaine 2ml, 0.9% sodium chloride 0.7ml and 50% glucose 0.3ml was used in subarachnoid space in group C. The black time, level and effect, the heart rates, breathe rate and blood pressure was recorded in operation. Results The anesthesia was satisfied in three groups and there was the least adverse effect in group A. Conclusions The microgram was the best dose to ropavocaine in subarachnoid of CSEA in ceasarean section.
