摘　　要：报告1例以丘疹和斑块为主要表现的骨髓增生异常综合征。患者男,79岁。因胃溃疡、血红蛋白降低住院治疗。入院后3d开始发热,头面部与躯干部出现散在的红色丘疹和斑块,外周血及骨髓检查符合骨髓增生异常综合征。额部皮损组织病理检查:真皮中下层弥漫性炎性细胞浸润,以中性粒细胞、组织细胞为主,散在核尘和异形细胞。A 79-year-old male of myelodysplastic syndrome with main manifestation of papule and laque is reported .The patient was diagnosed as myelodysplatic syndrome（MDS）according to eripheral hemogram and bone marrow biopsy.He presented with erythroid papule and plaque on his face and trunk.Histopathology showed that there were diffuse infiltration of inflammatory cells which were mainly neutrophil and histiocytes in the dermis and dispersively nuclear dust and heterotypic cells.
