摘 要:根据机组可调容量占装机容量的比重,建立了机组调峰容量比的概念,将其作为衡量机组调峰能力的依据;并将此概念进一步扩展,得到电网综合调峰容量比的概念;然后以满足电网的综合调峰容量比为目标,计算电网所缺少的调峰容量的大小,从而确定抽水蓄能机组的装设容量范围,再依据抽水蓄能电站实际运行小时进行装设容量的优选,使装设的抽水蓄能机组容量既适应电网调峰的要求,又能有较好的运行方式。结合实例进行了计算和分析,验证了该方法能够根据调峰机组运行方式来进行调峰机组的电源规划,具有一定适用性。The concept of unit peak-regulation proportion is set as the index of its peak-regulation capability,which is the adjustable part to whole unit capacity. The grid integrated peak-regulation proportion is then set by applying this concept to whole power grid. According to the objective of grid integrated peak- regulation proportion,the shortage of peak- regulation capacity is calculated to set the range of PSP(Pumped-Storage Plant) capacity needed,with which the PSP capacity is determined according to the probable running time of PSPs. It meets the requirements of grid peak regulation and guarantees the better operation of PSPs in a year. The computation and analysis of an example verify the proposed method is practicable.
