摘 要:在对提取电机转子微弱故障信号方面作了深入研究的基础上,提出了电机转子系统早期故障可视化检测的差分振子法。该方法是在差分方程的基础上构造检测器,确定系统激励频率fe及检测频率fd,当被测信号中含有fd这一频率成分时,系统即刻产生共振来抑制噪声,其相图发生明显的变化,由相图的变化判断系统是否发生故障,从而实现了早期故障的可视化检测。将该方法应用于同步发电机转子匝间短路及转子碰摩故障的识别中,实例仿真证明了该方法的有效性。Differential resonator method for early fault visual detection of generator rotor system is proposed based on the deep research of its weak fault signal extraction. A detector is designed based on differential function to determine the excitation frequency fe and the detection frequency fd. When the detected signal includes the fd component,system immediately produces resonance to suppress noise,causing the phase figure changed obviously. The early system fault can be visually detected according to the phase figure change. Applications in generator rotor winding inter-turn short-circuit fault and rub-impact fault detections verify its validity.
