人发黑素及其ESR研究

摘　　要：提取了人黑发中黑素并考察了其ＥＳＲ特性，发现人发中黑素的含量基本恒定，与年龄、健康状态无关，而黑素中自由基浓度却与年龄、健康状态密切相关，且除自由基浓度Ｉ外。Afler extracting in human hair and studying the charateristic of its ESR parameters. it is found that the content of melanin in human hair is about constant and do nothing. with both ages and bilogical conditions of human. But the conteration of free radicals in the melanin has close relation with both ages and biological conditions of human. In addition to the contentration I of free radicals the other ESR parameters can also give important information on living activities of human.
