摘　　要：采用高效液相(HPLC)和紫外分光光度(UV)两种分析方法测定了以东紫苏为原料制得的产品中木犀草素-7-O--βD-葡萄糖苷的含量.结果表明,两种方法无显著性差异,均可用于产品质量控制.HPLC and UV methods are used to determine the content of luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside separated from Elsholitzia bodinieri Vaniot . Results show that there is no distinct difference between the methods. Both can be used for the determination of the content of luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside for quality control of the product .
