摘　　要：DS18B20U是MAXIM公司生产的单总线智能数字温度传感器芯片,他的ROM中存有其芯片的惟一标识码,介绍了单总线智能数字温度传感器DS18B20U的主要性能及在花棚温度检测中的应用,并介绍了主要硬件电路图及软件流程图,最后对智能数字温度传感器DS18B20U的应用前景做了简要介绍。DS18B20U is a 1 -wire bus temperature sensor produced by MAXIM Company, and there is unique mark code in the ROM. Basing on the application in monolithic computer,it introduces main performance of 1 -wire bus digital therluometer DS18B20U,and application in the control of greenhouse＇s temperature,and introduces hardware circuit and flow chart of soft ware. Finally introduces the applied foreground of the thermometer DS18B20U.
