摘　　要：MAX187是一个具有串行接口的12位A/D转换器。设计精巧,工作速度快。小巧的封装,外围电路简单,特别适合于高精度小型便携式仪器设备中使用。详细介绍了MAX187的特点及工作原理、操作时序,给出了MAX187与AT89C51单片机的接口电路,并介绍其在直流电压测量系统的应用和基于MCS-51的汇编语言程序。The MAX187 is a serial 12 bit A/D converter. It is compact made and have quick speed. Small package size and simple electric circuit make it is Suits uses in the high accuracy small portable instrumentation equipment. The characteristics, operation and timing sequence of max187 were introduced. An example including hardware design and an assembly language program were given.
