摘  要:中东含硫原油的性质有别于我国大部分原油,其加工路线也有异于目前国产原油常规的加工流程。经过分析对比及技术经济评价,认为加氢工艺与含硫原油的加工密不可分,它是产品精制、原料改质及保护环境的有效手段。蜡油经缓和加氢裂化改质作为催化裂化的原料,或用加氢裂化加工,渣油则由延迟焦化加工。这两类加工方案投资低、经济性好,较为适合我国的国情。渣油加氢方案轻油产率高,无低值难销副产品,利税值高,但投资太高,投资利税率略低一些,值得进一步发展应用。The properties of Mid-East sour crude are different from most crudes in China, so the processing schemes should also be distinguished. After investigation, discussion and technical-economic evaluation, it is considered that sour crude processing is inseparable from hydrogenation technologies which are efficient ways in product refining, feedstock upgrading and enviromental protection. The processing scheme of vacuum gas oil upgraded by mild hydrocracking as feedstock for FCC or directly hydrocracking combined with residual oil delayed coking has the advantages of low investment and high enonomic effect. This technical route is applicable to domestic situation. Residual oil hydrocracking route has the advantages of high yield of light oils with high profit and free of low value by-products. Although the investment is high, it is still worth to develop.
