摘  要:以石油化工副产品为主要原料制成了钻井液高温降滤失剂DHL-I。介绍了DHL-I的主要性能及现场应用情况,提出了DHL-I的降滤失作用机理。研究结果表明,DHL-I具有良好的油溶性能,其中的柔性固体颗粒可分散在水基钻井液中,通过对地层和泥饼孔隙的封堵作用阻止钻井液滤液进入地层,显著降低钻井液的高温高压滤失量,兼有一定的润滑及降粘作用。In this paper the composition, properties and field uses of filtration loss controller DHL-Ⅰ for high temperature water base drilling fluids arc presented. It consists of two kinds of particulated fillers, a mixture of naphthene with chain alkane hydrocarbons (a petrolchemical by-product), and aromatic acid esters (as base fluids). The solubility at 70℃ in diesel is>90% and in water~19%. 6% DHL-Ⅰ redt, ces API and HTHP (120℃, 3.5 MPa)filtration losses of commonly used polymer drilling fluids to below acceptable levels and decreases the invasion depth of their filtrate into core samples by 31%, keeping rhcologie behavior normal. DHL-Ⅰ functions through pore filling and cake compaction by solid particles of different sizes and deformable at high temperatures to different degrees.
