摘  要:针对吉林油田新民采油厂采出液中H_2S、CO_2、HCO_3^-和Cl^-及高矿化度水对井下采油设备和地面集输管线造成的严重腐蚀和结垢问题,利用腐蚀失重法和电化学方法,对采出液的腐蚀性进行了研究;并研制出适合该水质条件的缓蚀剂IMC-921。室内和现场试验结果表明,含炔氧甲基胺和多硫化合物的缓蚀剂,可有效地控制井下和集输管线的腐蚀和结垢。The corrosivity of and the scale formation in produced waters of some representative wells and the gathering station in Xinmin Oil Porduction Factory, Jilin, are investigated by using weight loss test and determining polarization curves. On the basis of the results obtained a multifunctional inhibitor, IMC-921, is developed with an alkenyloxymethylamine and a polysulfide as main componcnts for inhibiting the. corrosivity of tiny dissolvcd oxygen in neutral media and of CO_2 H_2S and high concentration ions CI^- in combination with appropriate scale inhibitory and bactericidal ingredients. The field test results show that 1MC-921 is effective both in corrosion and scale inhibition.
