摘  要:光学电流互感器(OCT)以其优良性能而非常适于电力系统尤其是高电压等级的系统以提高设备安全性降低成本。为进一步促进OCT在系统中应用,利于建设数字电力系统,评述了在电力系统继电保护、数字化变电站、动态观测、故障录波、故障定位、谐波测量等方面的应用情况。国内自主研制的基于Faraday磁光效应原理的OCT具有良好的动态响应能力和绝缘性能,能精确地测量非周期分量及各种交流谐波分量,且无饱和现象,并利用自适应光学传感原理和螺线管聚磁光路结构,解决了阻碍OCT实用化的测量温漂和不能长期稳定运行的问题,稳态测量准确度可高于0.2级。安装于河北省保定市某变电站110 kV线路上的OCT已连续运行了25个月,运行结果表明,自适应光学电流互感器(AOCT)具有长期运行稳定性,能满足现代电力系统发展的要求。This paper reviews the application of Optical Current Transducer (OCT) in relay protection, digital substation, dynamic observability, fault recorder, fault location, and harmonic measurement. The OCT is gaining interest because of its obvious advantages over conventional current transducers such as it has no saturation phenomenon, has good dynamic response ability and insulating property, it also can measure the non-periodic component and the various alternating current harmonic components accurately. OCT following Faraday magneto-optic effect has been totally researched and developed only by domestic scholars and manufactures. Aiming at two severe problems OCT faced, temperature excursion and no operating stability that baffles its utility in power system, the Adaptive Optical Transducing Principle and the Solenoid Collecting Magnetic Field Optical Path are presented. According to IEC660044-8, the performance of Adapative Optical Current Transducer (AOCT) is examined roundly by applying the standard testing system. The results indicate that in the steady state the measurement precision of the AOCT is improved by class 0. 2 and in the transient state the maximal peak instantaneous alternating current component error of the AOCT reaches classl. The technology-identifying meeting organized by the Chinese electronic engineering association has considered that this subject has obtained the world-class success in the pivotal technology of optical current transformer following Faraday magneto-optic effect. AOCT was installed in a 110 kV substation in Baoding city of Hebei province and has been working continuously twenty five months. The operating results have shown that the AOCT designed is operated stably, so that it can completely meet the demands of the development of modern power system.
