摘　　要：目的探讨CT脊髓造影对腰椎结核的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析57例经手术病理或临床证实的脊椎结核患者的CT资料。结果①颈椎4例、胸椎19例、腰椎18例、胸腰椎11例、腰骶椎5例。57例患者共有135个椎体受累,单个椎体者8例,多个椎体受累者49例。②椎间隙变窄或消失者52例,34例寒性脓肿形成,脊髓或硬膜受压者32例。结论CT脊髓造影能清楚显示椎体、椎旁及椎管的病变,对脊椎结核的诊断及临床治疗方案的选择具有重要价值。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of CT mylography in Tuberculosis of spine. Methods Features of CT myelography in 57 patients with spinal tuberculosis proved pathologically or clinically were analyzed retrospectively. Results ① cases in cervical spine, 19 cases in thoracic spine, 18 cases in lumbar spine, 11 cases in thoraco -lumbar spine and 5 cases in lumbo -sacral spine. There are 135 vertebrates were involved in 57 cases; Only one vertebrate was involved in 8 cases and multi - vertebral spine were involved in 49 patients. ②Appearance of narrowing or lost of intervertebral space in 52 patients,34 patients showed ＂ cold abscess＂, spinal cord or dural sac were compressed in 32 patients. Conclusion CT myelography can clearly show the characteristic changes of spine, para - spinal and structures of spinal canal. It is of important value in diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis and the choice of the way of clinical treatment.
