护心通在风湿性心脏瓣膜置换术中心肌保护作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护心通在心脏瓣膜置换术中的心肌保护作用。方法将病情、年龄、手术方法相似的风湿性心脏瓣膜置换术者20例用配对的方法分为治疗组和对照组各10例,治疗组于心肌保护液中加入护心通10 mmol/L,以1∶4的比例与氧合血灌注。对照组用同样不加护心通的心肌保护液以同种方法灌注。开放升主动脉后观察心脏自动复跳、电除颤情况及停机后多巴胺用量。结果治疗组心脏自动复跳率明显高于对照组、电除颤率低于对照组,停机后多巴胺用量护心通组明显底于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护心通在风心病心脏瓣膜置换术中有心肌保护作用。Objective To discuss the myocardiac protection of neoton in valve replacement. Methods 20 cases of such patient which clinical situation age and operational method were samely were divided into two groups according to matched and methods. The neoton was added into the protection fluid at ratio of 1：4 in therapy group. The control group was transfused perfusion without neoton. The heart re - beat, defibrillation and dopamine dose were observed. Results The re-bcat rote was higher, electric defibrillation rate and dopamine dose was lower in therapy group than those in control group. Conclusion The neoton might have protective function in myoeardiac protection during valve replacement operation.
