硬膜外腔内注入芬太尼在前列腺电切手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察硬膜外腔内注入局麻药联合芬太尼在前列腺电切手术中的麻醉效果。方法选取老年前列腺电切手术患者100例,采用连续硬膜外麻醉,在麻醉效果确实后,再经硬膜外腔注入芬太尼0.1mg,保持病人意识清醒,观察其麻醉效果。结果硬膜外腔内注入芬太尼麻醉效果好,病人意识清醒,利于发现术中并发症及减少术后并发症。结论硬膜外腔内注入芬太尼可提高麻醉效果,减少呼吸抑制,利于麻醉管理,有较好的临床使用价值。Objective To observe the anesthesia effect of fentanyl in epidural injection during prostate electroeision. Methods 100 cases of such patient were observe with epidural anesthesia and 0. 1 fentanyl was injected. The results was observed. Results The patient was consciousness and good anesthesia effect to avoid complication during operation. Conclusion This method might obtain better effect and decrease respiratory inhibition and easy for management. It should be wide use in clinic.
