摘  要:设计方案选择是否得当关系到产品的功能、性能和成本。为了客观、综合的评价减速涡轮钻具设计方案,给出了形式化待评方案综合评价物元模型,在此基础上提出了一种定性与定量相结合的减速涡轮钻具设计方案评价方法。该方法利用可拓理论对经典集合论的语义进行扩展,利用模糊化思想对定性指标进行量化,给出越大越优指标和越小越优指标的关联函数模型。通过关联度和综合指标值的计算,客观地给出了减速涡轮钻具设计方案综合评价结果。用实例验证了该评价方法的可行性与实用性。Proper selection of design scheme would directly affect the product function, performance and cost. In order to evaluate reducer-turbodrill design scheme comprehensively and objectively, a formalized expression of the scheme evaluation problem in the matter-element model is given. Furthermore, the extensive comprehensive evaluation approach is proposed in detail. A comprehensive evaluation approach for design scheme based on extension theory is presented. In the method, the cantor set is extended in the semantics by extension theory. The fuzzy ideal is adopted to quantize qualitative index. And then, the correlation function models of the maximumoptimum index and minimum-optimum index are given. By computation of the correlation degree and the comprehensive index value, the comprehensive evaluation result of the reducer-turbodrill design schemes is obtained objectively. Finally, the example verifies that the approach is admissible and practical.
