Photo Oxidation of Ag/Titanium Oxide Nanoparticle Film Induced by Ultrafast Laser

摘  要:通过射频磁控溅射方法制备了嵌入在无定型氧化钛基体中的Ag纳米颗粒膜,研究了Ag纳米颗粒的大小、形状、吸收光谱及Ag的结合能在800nm皮秒激光照射后的变化规律.透射电子显微镜观察结果显示,光照后Ag纳米颗粒尺寸减小,形状变得更圆.吸收光谱结果表明,光照后样品在586-1200nm范围的吸收减小,在350-586nm范围的吸收增加.光照后样品的光致发光强度大大增强,这主要来自光氧化生成的Ag2O.The films with Ag nanoparticles embedded in amorphous titanium oxide were successfully prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering method. The changes in size, shape, absorption, and binding energy of Ag nanoparticles irradiated with picosecond laser of 800 nm were studied. TEM images showed that Ag nanoparticles became smaller in size and more roundish in shape after irradiation. The optical absorption spectra indicated that the absorption was reduced in the wavelength range from 586 nm to 1200 nm, and increased at the wavelength range from 350 nm to 586 nm. The photoluminescence intensity was greatly enhanced after the samples had been irradiated, which was attributed to the Ag2O formed by photo oxidation.
