摘  要:基于人机工程学的原理,对某数控机床防护罩外观造型进行了设计。设计过程充分体现了人机工程学以人为本的设计理念,使产品不仅能够完成生产功能,而且由于其合理美观和具有的安全防护的造型设计使人机关系更加协调、统一。通过虚拟设计,实现产品开发研制过程的可视化,提高了效率,降低了成本,使产品在市场上更加具有竞争力。Based on the principles of ergonomics, the shield appearance modeling of a type of NC machine was designed in this paper. The total design process reflects the human-based design concept of ergonomics.The shield designed here can not only accomplish the productive functions but also make the relationship harmonious and unanimous between men and machines because of its rational and pleasing modeling with safe functions.Design drowings were completed by the sofiwares which were AUTOCAD, Solidworks and PhotoShop.The virtual design is an effective method becauze it can reduce the design cycle and decrease product cost, simultaneously increase competing ability in the machine market.
