摘  要:利用磁流变液体可控的特性,设计了一新型伺服阀——磁流变伺服阀,介绍了该阀的结构特点及工作原理,建立了由该阀构成系统的数学模型并进行了理论分析。分析表明,与传统液压控制系统相比,由磁流变伺服阀控制的系统更易获得反应速度快、稳定性高、精度高等动态特性,能满足一般小功率、低压系统控制系统的要求。Using the controllable characteristic of magnetorheological fluid, a new kind of servo valve- MR servo valve was designed, its structure characteristics and work principle were introduced, the mathematic model of the system composed by MR servo valve was modeled and theory analysis was also carried out. The analysis shows that the system controlled by MR servo valve is prone to achieve nicer dynamic characteristics such as quicker response, better stabilization, higher precision etc. then the traditional hydraulic control system. It can satisfy the requests of low power and low pressure situation.
