摘 要:以4个转拟南芥CBF1基因的地被石竹株系及非转基因地被石竹为材料,通过测定相对电导率、脯氨酸含量及丙二醛含量进行抗寒性评价。研究发现不同低温处理后,转基因株系比对照植株(CK)的相对电导率和丙二醛含量低,而脯氨酸含量高,说明转入CBF1基因后,地被石竹的抗寒性增强了。转基因各株系之间有差异,其中株系27的抗寒性最强。CBF1 gene from Arabidopsis thaIiana was used to transform Dianthus chinese via agrobacterium mediated method and obtain 4 lines of trandgenic plants. The cold-resistance of transgenic plants were estimated by the relative electrolyte leakage prolinecontents. Under different low temperature percentage, the content of Malondialdehyde and the treatment, the relative electrolyte leakage percentage of transgenic lines was lower than CK, the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) of transgenic lines was lower than CK, and the prolinecontents of transgenic lines was higher than CK. The result showed that the coldresistance of Dianthus chinese enhanced after CBF1 gene transformed into Dianthus chinese. Coldresistance of line 27 was highest in four transgenic lines.
