摘　　要：机械通气在急诊室及ICU应用已经相当普遍,其设备更加合理和完善,但对于接受机械通气的患者,更需要适度使用镇痛镇静药以减少由于机械通气引起的各种不良反应。镇痛镇静药的种类繁多,并且药物应用的效果评价方法也各式各样,一直以来没有统一的使用标准。我们对机械通气患者镇痛镇静药的应用和效果评价作一综述。Mechanical ventilation is widely applied in emergency department and ICU, and its facilities become more and more reasonable and advanced, but we need deal with all kinds of adverse effect of mechanical ventilation. There are various sedative and analgesic and the different methods of evaluation, but no unified standard is used till now. We will summarize the application and effect assessment of sedative and analgesic in mechanically ventilated patients.
