摘　　要：在对一般集合的内测度和外测度作进一步探讨的基础上,阐述了集列的内外测度构造形式及相关极限问题的两对对偶命题,并展示其在实际中的应用.Objective：To make further research on the monotonic sequence of sets. Methods：The basic ideas and methods in Ref. [1]. Results ：The limit of the inner or outer Lebesgue measure of arbitrarily monotonic sequence of sets exists, and its limit value is the inner or outer Lehesgue measure in the limit of monotonic sequence of sets. Conclusion ：We obtain the structural forms for the inner and outer measure in the monotonic sequence of sets and two and these are applied to the practical problems. pairs of dual propositions related to the limit case.
