黄冈师院女生体质健康测试结果分析

摘　　要：为了实施《学生体质健康标准》,我院对学生进行了体质健康的测试。通过问卷、访问调查,对《学生体质健康标准》在我院女大学生测试过程中的目的、接受程度以及体育锻炼影响等方面进行了分析。研究结果表明:我校女生体质健康水平处于良好状态;对体质健康测试的目的是比较明确的;大多数学生对测试结果比较满意;对《体质健康标准》的测试指标总体上可接受;参加体育锻炼的动机是积极的。In order to implement The Standard of Students＇ Physical Health by the Ministry of Education of China and the General Administration of Sports of China, Students＇physical health has been tested at Huanggang Normal University, Hubei, China. A thorough analysis was made by means of questionnaire concerning the following aspects： the purpose, acceptance degree and influence of The Standard of Students＇ Physical Health in the course of testing female students at the university. The result shows that girls ＇ physical health of the university is in a good condition; the purpose of physical health test is definite; the results of test are satisfactory and the index stipulated in The Standard is generally acceptable for most girl students; their motivation of taking part in physical exercises is positive and it is of great help for taking part in physical exercises in the future.
