摘　　要：实施水污染物总量控制是改善水环境质量的重要措施,在环境管理工作中将发挥巨大作用。本文通过分析珠江流域实施污染物总量控制的重要意义及其运作机制,为珠江水资源保护管理提供了一定的参考。The implementation of total amount control of water pollutants is a key measure in improving water environmental quality and it will bring into a big play in environmental management. The article gives a certain reference for water resources conservation and management in Zhujiang through analysis of significance on total amount control of pollutants implemented in Zhujiang Valley and its operation mechanism.
