摘 要:目的:了解医疗大专学生专业成绩与其它各学科群成绩间的关系,评价课程设计是否合理。方法:将所开设课程分为普通基础课、专业基础课、专业课3大学科群,以剔除缺失值后的170名学生个体各学科群成绩总分为资料,以专业课成绩为结果变量(Y)、普通基础课成绩(X1)与专业基础课(X2)为原因变量,采用通路分析方法进行分析。结果:r1y=0.646、r2y=0.786、r12=0.729,X1、X2与Y的通路系数与直接作用分别为0.156、0.673,两者的直接作用对X1、X2与Y的相关系数的贡献比分别为24.1%、86.0%。结论:专业课成绩主要决定于专业基础课成绩,我院医疗大专课程设计合理。Objective: To know the relation of speciality achievements of medical treatment junior college students and other subject clots,and appraise the design of course is or not in reason. Methods: All curriculums are classified three subject clots, normal basic class, speciality basic class, speciality class. All pointvalues of all subject clots of 170 individual students without deletion pointvalues are looked as the information. Pointvalues of speciality class are looked as the result variable(Y). Pointvalues of normal basic class(X1) and speciality basic class(X2) are looked as the strain capacity. Then analyse the information with gateway analysis method. Result: r1y is 0. 646,r2y is 0. 786,r12 is 0. 729. The modulus of between X1 ,X2 and Y is 0. 516. The direct action is 0. 673. The proffer pointvalueof the two are 24. 1% ,86.0%. Conclusion: Pointvalues of speciality class are determined speciality basic class. The design of course of our medical treatment junior college is in reason.
