摘 要:通过对我国油田含聚污水污染状况进行分析,提出处理油田含聚污水的关键是去除污水中的聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM),采用Fenton试剂氧化处理聚丙烯酰胺污水,考察了pH值、反应温度、反应时间、Fe2+和H2O2的投加量等因素对处理效果的影响,并深入分析各影响因素对HPAM处理效果的作用机制。结果表明:在40℃、pH=3、Fe2+和H2O2浓度分别为3mmol/L、10mmol/L时HPAM的降解率能达到88%以上,COD降解率高达97%。By analyzing the pollution status of Polymer-bearing wastewater in oilfields in China, it is suggested that the key point of treating Polymer-bearing wastewater in oilfield is to remove the polyacrylamide (HPAM). In this paper, Fenton's reagent is used to remove the HPAM from Polyacrylamide-bearing wastewater, the influence of various factors, such as pH, temperature, reaction time and doses of Fe2+ and H2O2, on the effect of HPAM removal is reviewed, and the mechanism of each influential factor is analyzed. The results show that when the temperature is 40℃, pH is 3, and concentration of Fe2+ and H2O2 are 3mmol/L and 10mmol/L, over 88% of HPAM can be removed, and the removal rate of COD can reach 97%.
