摘  要:目的:为设计适合人体第5腰椎和骶椎三维解剖形态的腰骶前路内固定器提供相关解剖数据。方法:使用量具对人体腰5椎体和骶椎的有关径线进行测量,得出并比较相关参数的平均值及标准差。结果:腰5椎体前高为(26.2±2.5)mm;其不同平面之弦长(LLC2~LLC5)分别为(36.2±1.0)mm、(35.8±1.2)mm、(36.9±0.9)mm、(37.1±1.3)mm,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。骶1椎体前高为(22.4±2.9)mm,其不同平面之弦长(SLC1~SLC5)分别为(36.2±1.5)mm、(38.2±0.9)mm、(38.8±0.9)mm、(38.7±1.5)mm、(39.0±1.4)mm,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:根据国人腰5椎体和骶椎的形态特点及相关参数,设计腰骶前路内固定器是可行的。Objective: To design Lumbosacral anterior internal fixation device suited for the three dimensional anatomic form of lumbosacral vertebrae. Methods:To measure some relative indexes of the fifth lumbar vertebrae and sacrum by soft ruler, then calculate their means and standard deviation. Results:The measurements of the fifth lumbar vertebrae showed that : the mean lengths of line 6, chord 2,3,4,5 were (26.2 ±2.5 ) mm, (36.2 ±1.0) mm,(35.8 ±1.2) mm,(36.9 ±0.9 )mm and (37.1 ±1.3) nun, respectively. The difference among the lengths of chord 2, 3, 4 and 5 had statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). The findings of the Sacrum were as follows: the mean lengths of line 4, chord 1,2,3,4,5 were (22.4 ±2.9) mm,(36.2 ± 1.5) mm,(38.2 ±0. 9) mm, (38.8 ±0. 9) mm, ( 38.7 ± 1.5 ) mm and ( 39.0 ± 1.4) mm, respectively. There was significant difference among the lengths of chord 1,2,3,4 and 5(P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion:It is feasible to design Lumbosacral anterior internal fixation device on the bases of anatomic characteristic and correlated parameters of Lumbosacral vertebrae.
