摘 要:对粉煤灰固定化絮凝剂颗粒(专利号200410015358.8)作为填料应用于曝气生物滤池(BAF)的效能进行了研究。结果表明,该填料填充的BAF具有启动快、挂膜时间短、充氧性能好、抗冲击负荷强、生物附着性能好的特点。对于有机污染物的去除来说,一般直接启动只需要15d。用于处理生活污水,COD、NH3-N出水浓度在35mg/L和11mg/L以下,去除率分别达85%和80%,COD有机负荷可达6kgCOD/m3·d以上。通过反冲洗试验可知,在反冲洗后短时间内出水水质有所下降,但是,对于COD,1.5h基本可恢复去除能力,对于NH3-N在2.5h基本可以恢复去除能力。因此,粉煤灰固定化絮凝剂颗粒是一种良好的BAF填料。Performance of coal fly ash immobilized flocculent (Patent No.200410015358.8) as packing applied to biological aeration filter(BAF) was studied. The results showed that BAF packed with the packing possessed the charatcteristics of quick starting, short biofilm growth time, good oxgen-filling performance, strong impact-proof load and good biological attachment. Generally, direct starting only needed 15d for organic pollutant removal. For the treatment of domestic sewage, when the effluent concentration of COD, NH3-N were lower than 35mg/L and 11 mg/L respectively, their removal rate reached to 85% and 80%; the COD organic load could reach to over 6kgCOD/m^3·d. It can be seen through back-washing test that the effluent quality lowered to a certain degree within short time after back washing, but COD removal ability could be recovered basically 1.5h after washing, while NH3-N removal ability could be recovered basically 2.5h after washing, thus, coal fly ash immobilized flocculent particle is a better BAF packing.
