摘  要:腐竹生产废水属于高浓度有机废水,主要包括车间洗豆、泡豆废水、剩余豆浆和清洗用水等,该废水具有良好的可生化性。采用混凝沉淀-曝气生物滤池(BIOFOR)工艺处理腐竹生产废水,运行结果表明,该工艺处理效率高、操作简单、运行费用低、占地面积小,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1998)中的一级标准。Yuba wastewater belongs to high strength organic wastewater, mainly including washing and soaking beans wastewater, remaining soymilk, cleaning water etc. and the yuba wastewater has good biodegradability. A treatment process consisting of flocculation and sedimentation and biological aerated filter ( BIOFOR ) was designed and put into operation. The running results showed that this process features a higher efficiency of treatment, simple operation,low cost, small occupation of land etc. The water quality of effluent reached the first class level of the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1998).
