摘　　要：本文对新经济增长理论中的人力资本内生化进行了理论分析,探讨了人力资本与经济增长的内在联系,认为人力资本水平对经济增长起到较强的促进作用。文中运用罗默和卢卡斯模型,说明了新增长理论对人力资本的内生化研究。与此同时,针对当前我国人力资本开发现状,提出了加快我国人力资本发展的政策建议。The paper analyzes the endogenesis of human capital in the theory of new economic growth, probes into the inner relation between the human capital and economic growth and thints that the human capital level plays a stronger role in the economic growth. The Romer and Lucas models in the article explain the study on the endogenesis of human capital. Meanwhile, based on the current situation of human capital in our country, the paper puts forward some policies about accelerating the accumulation of human capital. Finally, the paper combines the human capital theory in economic growth with the conditions of our country, so as to bring about an advance in social and economy of our country, and draw some concrete enlightenment.
