我国坐式排球运动员年龄结构与后备力量状况研究

摘　　要：竞技体育与年龄是直接相关的。坐式排球比赛调查分析表明我国大龄运动员比例高,20岁以下年轻队员少,平均年龄偏大,说明我国残疾人坐式排球后备人才匮乏。我国坐式排球队备战2008年残奥会在即,残疾人坐式排球运动在选材方面的当务之急是充实青少年运动员到现有的各级队伍中,保证国家队有充足的后备力量。Age directly affects athletics sport. This questionnaire about sitting volley ball indicates that ratio of old age athletes is old, while that of under 20 is young, the average age is a little old, which mirrors the poor reserve of Chinese disabled athletes of sitting volley ball. The 2008 Paralympic Games is forthcoming, the urgent affair at J present is to select disabled athletes of sitting volley ball, and send them among the current young players at all levels, to ensure enough reserve for national team.
