摘　　要：工程量清单计价模式,有利于降低建设工程造价,提高资金的使用效益,同时对业主工程造价的控制提出了新的思路。本文着重介绍在工程量清单计价模式下,工程实施各阶段的造价控制方法。The mode of bill with quantities evaluating is beneficial to reduce the cost of project and enhance the efficiency of capital, it also provides a new idea of controlling the project＇s cost for the owner. This paper emphasizes on the cost controlling methods in stages of construction under the mode of bill with quantities evaluating.
