摘 要:目前,废旧家电回收处理问题已成为全球环境保护、实现资源再利用的瓶颈,建立相应的废旧家电逆向物流体系迫在眉睫。在我国,逆向物流体系的建设仍处于探索和起步期。本文提出了构建废旧家电逆向物流体系的十三个基本要素,运用解释性结构模型(ISM),分析要素的级别层次,确定了建立逆向物流体系的驱动要素、运行管理要素、技术要素和操作标准要素,并结合国内外发展现状为我国建设合理有效完善的废旧家电逆向物流体系提出几点建议。Nowadays,recyclling the cast-away home appliance has turned out to be bottleneck of global environmental protection and resource reuse.Therefore,it is pressing to build the corresponding reverse logistics system.In our country the building of reverse logistics system is still in its early developing stage,further exploration for advancing the system is in need.It builds thirteen basic elements about the cast-away home appliance reverse logistics system,adopts the Interpretive Structural Model,analyzes the layer of the elements,and makes clear the driving elements, operating managing elements, technique elements and manipulating standard elements of the reverse logistics system. In addition, it combines the status quo between home and abroad to put forward several suggestion on building reasonable, effective and consummate cast-away appliance reverse logistics systems for our country.
