摘 要:矿区的适度经济开发及其调控模式,是实现矿区生态经济可持续发展的理论基础。在矿区生态承载力与生态弹性力研究的基础上,采用矿区压力-状态-响应(PSR)指标框架模型,可对经济开发活动影响下矿区生态经济的动态变化进行研究,并进而提出矿区生态区适度经济开发模式及其调控措施。首先讨论了矿区主要经济开发活动的驱动因子及对矿区生态区的影响,然后在此基础上探讨了矿区的适度经济开发的评价模型及其调控手段,最后以某矿区为例,通过对矿区生态承载力、生态弹性力、矿区经济开发强度及矿区经济开发速度4个状态变量演化趋势的模拟,认为目前的经济开发模式是不可持续的,并分别提出了相应的调控方式。The model for the appropriate exploitation of mine ecological economics and its regulation is the theoretical foundation to achieve a sustainable development of mine ecological economics. By studying the mine ecological carrying capacity and ecological elastic capability and using the frame model of PSR ( press-state-response model), the dynamic evolvement of mine ecological economics under the influence of the economic development activities was studied and the moderate economic exploitation mode and its regulation measures were put forward. The driving factors of mine economic exploitation activities and their effect on the mine ecological area were discussed, on which basis the model of mine moderate economic exploitation and its regulation measures were studied. In the case study of Jiaozuo mine, the evolution trends of four state variables ( ecological carrying capacity, ecological elastic capability, mine economy exploitation strength and economic development rate of mining area) were simulated. It was concluded that the present economic development mode is of unsustainable type and the correlative adjusting measures were put forward.
