摘 要:为探讨充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患儿血管内皮细胞的变化及临床意义,以循环内皮细胞(CEC)作为血管内皮细胞(VEC)损伤的指示物,以血浆内皮素(ET)反映VEC的功能改变,采用Per-col密度梯度离心法检测CEC,用放免法直接测定血浆ET水平。结果显示,CHF患儿血CEC、血浆ET水平均较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.01),CHF患儿血CEC与血浆ET水平呈显著性正相关(r=0.89,P<0.01)。提示,CHF患儿VEC损伤使血浆ET水平上升,ET可能参与了CHF的病理过程。The objective of this study was to investigate the changes of circulating endotothelial cells (CEC) and their clinical implication in children with congestive heart failure (CHF). CEC was regarded as an indicator for the injury of vascular endothelial cells (VEC) and endothelin (ET) was an important factor feflecting vascular endothelium function. The density of CEC in peripheral blood of children with CHF was measured by percoll fractionation and the level of plasma ET in cases of CHF was examined by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that levels of ET and CEC in patients with CHF were higher than those in normal group and there was a positive correlation between CEC and ET levels in patients with CHF ( r =0.89, P <0.01). The results of this study suggested that the injury of VEC induced an increase in ET, which played a critical role in pathologcal mechanisms of CHF.
