经皮穿刺胃造瘘术在吞咽困难患者中的应用及护理

摘　　要：对13例严重吞咽困难患者施行经皮穿刺胃造瘘术,术后留置胃造瘘管,术前、术后采取相应护理措施。结果13例患者成功地施行了经皮穿刺胃造瘘术,患者及家属掌握胃造瘘管的护理方法,术后2～6个月,患者未出现严重并发症。认为经皮穿刺胃造瘘术是一种建立较长时间胃肠营养途径的方法,针对性的术前、术后护理,对胃造瘘管的有效留置有重要意义。The percutaneous gastrotomy was performed for 13 dysphagia patients and the gastric fistula was indwelled after operation;the relevant nursing measures were taken for patients before and after operation.The resuls was that all percutaneous gastrotomy operations were performed successfully.The patients and their families mastered the nursing methods of gastric fistula,no severe complications occurred from two months to six months after operation.It is believed that the percutaneous gastrotomy is a method for long time gastrointestinal nutrition. Doing well the nursing before and after operation has important significance for the indwelling of gastric fistula.
