摘 要:疏松砂岩存在胶结性差、结构疏松及强度小的特点,在常规取心条件下无法取得岩心流动实验所需的岩心,给疏松砂岩储层保护评价带来很大困难。研制出一套疏松砂岩岩心制备装置,并对装砂方式、压制压力和压制顺序进行了研究,形成了疏松砂岩的室内岩心制作方法。该装置能够满足疏松砂岩岩心流动实验评价的需要,而且结构合理,操作简单方便,能在一定条件下将松散的油砂制成天然岩心,制得的油砂岩心能较好地模拟地层的孔渗特性,并能保持天然状态下的岩石矿物组分和表面性质不变,有利于进行储层损害机理的实验研究,便于优选合理有效的保护油气层钻井完井液。Conventional core-making methods can not be used in preparing cores of loosely compacted sands because of their poor cementation and low strengths, thus laboratory experiments using the loosely compacted had rarely been done successfully in evaluating the reservoir permeability of loosely compacted sands. A core-making device has been developed to solve this problem, and study has been done concerning the sand packing method, pressures applied in core making and the making procedure. A routine core making method is developed in preparing cores of loosely compacted sands. Cores made on this device can meet the requirements of core test. Little knowledge is required in operating this device. Cores made with this device can simulate the natural cores taken from underground in many aspects. The device is a helpful tool in laboratory research in permeability impairment and in completion fluids optimization.
