摘 要:泡沫流体是石油工程上广泛应用的一种幂律非牛顿流体,在泡沫流体冲砂解堵、泡沫钻井等作业中都要求解泡沫射流的问题。利用流体力学数值模拟软件FLUENT对泡沫流体轴对称层流淹没射流进行了数值计算,得到了射流区域的速度场和表观黏度场的分布,以及幂律指数和稠度系数对射流的影响。从计算结果可以得出,非牛顿流体层流射流的轴心无量纲速度分布具有相似性,但与牛顿流体的湍流射流轴心无量纲速度分布相比具有较大的差别,射流轴心的速度在射流出口处发生骤降;无量纲轴向距离小于3时,不同的K和n对轴心速度分布影响很小,无量纲轴向距离大于3时,K和n越大,轴心速度衰减越慢。这些结论与前人得出的一致,证明用流体力学数值模拟软件FLUENT对非牛顿流体层流射流进行数值模拟是可行的。建议应加强适用于非牛顿流体湍流模型的研究,实验的方法是研究非牛顿流体湍流射流的最直接方法。Foam is a widely used power law non-Newtonian fluid in petroleum engineering. The jet flow problem of the foam used in sand washing and foam drilling has to be solved. Using the FLUENT (a fluid mechanics simulation software) in the numerical computing of the axial symmetric laminar flooding jet flow of the foam used give birth to a the velocity field and apparent viscosity field distribution in the jet flow, and the effects of the power-law index and consistency index on the jet flow are understood. The computing results tell that there is a similarity among the axial non-dimensional velocity distributions of the non-Newtonian fluids jet flows, compared with the obvious difference with the axial non-dimensional velocity distributions of the Newtonian fluids turbulent jet flow. The jet flow velocity of the non-Newtonian fluids has experienced an abrupt decrease at the exit. The K and n values will impose very weak effects on the distribution of the axial velocity at non-dimensional axial distances less than 3. When the non-dimensional axial distances are greater than 3, the greater the K and n values, the slower the losses of the axial flow velocity. These conclusions are in consistence with that obtained by other researchers, and reveals that the numerical simulation using FLUENT on non-Newtonian fluid laminar jet flow can give reasonable results. It is suggested that more attention should be paid to the research on non-Newtonian fluid tubular flow models. Laboratory experiment is the direct method of studying the non-Newtonian fluid tubular jet flow behavior.
