摘　　要：旋毛虫病是严重危害人类健康的人兽共患寄生虫病，其防治重点之一是能早期、快速的诊断。该文概述了旋毛虫病免疫诊断的新进展，并对早期、快速、准确诊断旋毛虫病的检测方法进行了分析评价。Trichinosis is a serious health-threatening parasitic zoonoses. The prevention and control of the disease mainly depend on early and rapid diagnosis. This article summarizes the new developments of immunodiagnosis of trichinosis, besides, analyzes and evaluates the detecting assays for early, rapid and accurate diagnosis of trichinosis.
